Social distancing has disrupted many public services, including certain services at hotels. Despite these new and important guidelines, it is our goal to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible.
SCHEDULED HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping services are in operation, however, to ensure that social distancing is maintained, and guests have vacated the room before housekeeping personnel enters, please schedule your housekeeping service contacting our At Your Service department dialing “0” from your room.
If you do not wish to receive this service please hang your “Do Not Disturb” card outside your room.

GYM AND POOL
According to the Health Organization and following the preventive measures stablished by local authorities, our Gym and Pool are now open up to 30% occupancy.
If you would like to use the Gym please refer to the Front Desk to book your space, the gym is allowed to be used by seven guests at a time for 1 hour max.
RESTAURANT AND ROOM SERVICE
Hours of service have been modified at the hotel to follow guidelines set by the local authorities. We are open during the hours below and looking forward to serving you.
